Rates for Toll Free access usage determined by call origination country, Canada or USA.
The U.S. local toll number is accessible from any country. The caller would pay for their own long distance access,
your charges would be 1.7¢ per minute, per participant.

- If you have participants that will use the domestic
'toll' number, multiply the minutes used x the number of toll participants x 1.7¢.
