The account owner certifies that
the above information is true and correct and agrees to pay for account usage within the terms on the invoice.
Customer is responsible for all usage of account passcodes, therefore customer will attempt to prevent unauthorized
account usage.
Upon account activation, AIT guarantees to deliver a 100% working account to the Customer including Canada and
U.S. dial-in access numbers, passcodes and user friendly guide.

How is the account usage billed?
Billing occurs the first
week of the month for account usage of the previous month.
If no usage occurs during a month, no billing will be sent.
Are any charges applied to my account
initially before I use the account?
Absolutely not, there are
no account set up fees or monthly fees. And no credit card information is required on sign up. Customers pay for
usage upon receipt of invoice at billing cycle. Payment types are credit card or check.
What if I need assistance while on a call?
Simply use your phone keypad
and press
[ * 0 ] star zero keys. An operator will instantly come on the line to assist with any issue.
We want to keep the existing passcodes
that we have been using with our old provider. Can you help us keep the same codes?
We will certainly try our
best. If the passcodes your have now are not already in use in our system, we will assign your existing codes to
your account.

Will I have portal access to my account?
Yes. You will receive a
login link with your welcome email.
Your account portal will enable you to download session recordings, modify account preferences, add or edit credit
card information and use the Free Live Conference Viewer.
How do I cancel this service?
You can cancel account
at any time by sending an email or calling customer service.
When can I use my account?
Immediately upon receipt
of the welcome email.
Your account can be used on-demand 24/7.
If you are a law firm:
We can provide call tracking by attorney and client matter ID.
You will have the ability
to add a Client Matter ID to all calls. Billing - free option for daily rebilling or monthly billing. We will provide
a set of codes for each attorney for billing purposes. Please let us know in the comments field above that you
are a law firm.
