Basically you choose a plan size that fits your
monthly conference call usage. It's an easy to use conference call service.
Simply examine your existing conference
call bill from your current conference
call provider and find out how many 'total minutes' you are using, on average, per month. Then match up your required
monthly minutes to one of our toll free bucket plans on the right and compare.
There is no contract, it's month to month. Cancel at any time. Or, if your needs change, easily move to a different
size conference call bucket plan.
How to calculate how many monthly
minutes you require
If you do not yet know how many conference call minutes you use in a months time, use this calculation method below.
Multiply the number of conference call participants that you plan to have on a call by the estimated duration in
minutes of your typical conference call and then by the number of conference calls you plan to have in a month's
time.

How to change your plan
Changing your plan size can be done by contacting customer service and requesting a plan change.
Down sizing or increasing plan size can be requested for the next billing cycle.
Monthly billing cycle begins on date of account activation.

to make a reservation. You simply make conference calls whenever you wish. Just notify your participants when to
call the toll free bridge number and enjoy your account.
Q. The 'bucket of minutes'
plan works much like a cell phone plan.
I sign up for my choice of monthly minutes for one flat fee. If I exceed my plan minutes, I pay 7.9¢ per minute
for any overage minutes. A.Yes, monthly overage minutes, usage beyond
your chosen plan size, are billed at 7.9¢ per minute.
When the new month begins, your chosen Bucket Plan size starts again.
If you do not exceed your plan minutes,
then no 7.9¢ per minute charge will occur.
