If you have nationwide long distance included in your landline service plan, you can dial the non toll free access
number without incurring a long distance charge.
- Calling the local access number
- For example, if you have ZTel or MCI Neighborhood
or Excel or any other flat rate unlimited long distance plan, you can dial
the Florida 305 access number from your landline phone and not be charged extra for the connection.
