many monthly minutes you require
If you do not yet know how many conference call minutes you use in a months time, use this calculation method below.
Multiply the number of your planned conference call participants that you'll typically have on a call by the estimated
duration in minutes of your planned conference call and then by the number of conference calls
you would host within a month.

Q.If I have U.S. attendees, can they call the
Canada Toll Free number ? A.Yes, Canada participants and U.S. participants
can access the Canada toll free number at no cost to the caller from either country. All calls would
be applied to your Toll Free bucket account.
Q.Do I need to schedule a conference call with
an operator ? A.This service is 'automated'. It is not necessary
to make a reservation. You just host your conference calls whenever you wish. Just notify your participants when
to call the toll free access number,
the date and time and passcode.
Q. The 'bucket of minutes'
plan works much like a cell phone plan. I sign up for my choice of monthly minutes for one flat fee. If I exceed
my plan minutes, I pay 7.9¢ per minute for any overage for that month. A.Yes, monthly minutes used beyond your chosen
plan size are billed at 7.9¢ per minute. When the new month starts, your original Bucket Plan size begins
again.
If you do not exceed your plan minutes, then no 7.9¢ per minute charge occurs.

If I find that I exceed my current bucket plan, I can choose a new plan size so overage minutes will no longer
be an issue? A.Yes, if you determine you are using more
minutes, easily move to a better plan size for your new requirement.
