and find out how many 'total minutes' you are using on average, per month.
The bucket plan is month-to-month. If your needs change, easily move to a different size bucket of minutes conference
call plan.
How to calculate how many monthly
minutes you require
If you do not yet know how many conference call minutes you use in a months time, use this calculation method below.
Multiply the number of your planned conference call participants that you'll typically have on a call by the estimated
duration in minutes of your planned conference call and then by the number of conference calls
you would host within a month.
A x B x C = total monthly minutes

How to change your plan
Changing your plan size can be done by contacting customer service and requesting a plan change.
Downsizing or increasing plan size can be requested for the next billing cycle.
Monthly billing cycle begins on date of account activation.

an operator ?

service is 'automated'. It is not necessary to make a reservation. You simply make conference calls whenever you
wish. Just notify your participants when to call the toll
free bridge number and enjoy your
account.
Q. The 'bucket of minutes'
plan works much like a cell phone plan.
I sign up for my choice of monthly minutes for one flat fee. If I exceed my plan minutes, I pay 7.9¢ per minute
for any overage.
A.Yes,
monthly minutes used beyond your chosen plan size are billed at 7.9¢ per minute. When the new month starts,
your chosen Bucket Plan size begins again.
If you do not exceed your plan minutes, then no 7.9¢ per minute charge will occur.
