How does dial-out work?

and is instantly added to the conference call.
Why use dial-out feature?

in remote regions or countries that do not have toll-free or local access numbers.
2 Gain control
A host may want to add a participant to a phone meeting quickly without waiting for the guest to dial-in.
Or bring a participant into the call at a certain point during the conference instead of from the call start.
3 Fetch a candidate
on a job interview
Another common use for using dial-out is to bring a third party into a meeting after others have had a pre-conference
for a job candidate interview.
4 Reduce costs
Many customers prefer to use the dial-out option even if a toll-free number exists for their participant's
country. The dial-out rates can be lower than the toll-free dial-in rate depending on the country.
