Provider agrees to provide reliable
conferencing services that are free of defect and function as advertised.
The Customer certifies that the information submitted is true and correct.
Customer agrees to be responsible for all usage of account passcodes. Customer agrees to be billed for usage at
the listed rates, per minute/person. There are no monthly fees, activation fees or cancellation fees.
Customer agrees to pay for account usage within the terms of the invoice. If a default should occur in meeting
this condition, Customer understands that the account can be temporarily suspended until payments are made to restore
the account.
Customer understands that the Provider, its officers and partners are not liable for any direct, special, indirect,
incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of service from force majeure, acts of god, natural
disasters, communications failure, governmental actions, acts of war, riots, vandalism, or any situations beyond
our reasonable control.
Upon account activation, Aitelephone guarantees to deliver a 100% working account to the Customer.

Service Details
When do I receive a bill?
If you conduct a conference call
this month, it will be billed the first week of
next month.
If there was no account usage during any month, no billing will occur.
Do I have to pay anything to activate
my account?
There is no cost for account
activation and no charges occur until there is conferencing usage during a billing cycle.
Is there an alternative way guests can
join my call?
As an included option,
account owners can ask their overseas participants to join the call by dialing our standard U.S. network access
phone number from their country. The account owner pays 1.6 cents (USD) per minute for the invitee to use the U.S.
direct access number. Users can also use Skype or another method to call the U.S. bridge number if desired.
Are there any monthly fees?
No, there are no monthly
recurring fees of any kind.
When can I use my account?
Immediately upon receipt
of the account activation welcome email. Your account can be used any time 24/7.
Can I get a summary of my calls?
After a conference call
has ended, the system automatically sends a call attendance summary to the email address on file.
Can I manage my account online?
Yes you can log in to your
account portal. From there you can download session recording MP3's, pay an invoice or modify other account preferences.
Can I get a copy of Invoices?
Yes, you can login to your customer
portal to view and download invoices. Customers receive a PDF invoice detailing actual usage for the period.

How do I cancel service?
Cancel account by sending an email
or calling customer service or simply stop using the service.
How do I get assistance during my conference
call.
Your account includes 24 hour U.S. based operator assistance. If you are on a call and need assistance,
simply enter this keypad command [ * 0 ]
to instantly receive operator assistance for any issue, at any time.
Can I receive additional passcodes for
other users?
Yes, additional set/s of passcodes
enable simultaneous use of the account by your associates, team members or departments. Complete this section above or add sub-accounts anytime through customer
service.
Is this a VoIP service?
No, this is a traditional PSTN
(Public Switched Telephone Network) service with high quality international lines. Your conference call is not
transported over the Internet. This service is most suitable for businesses that require reliable voice clarity
and reliability.
Can a participant use a VoIP phone service
to join my call?
Yes, any VoIP or PSTN connection
that your invitee uses will work to join your call and connect to the conferencing bridge. The chairperson or moderator
can also use a VoIP device to conduct a call.
Can I migrate my existing attendee and
leader codes from my old conferencing company to my new conferencing account?
If you are using another
conferencing company and wish to migrate to ours, we will do our best to keep your existing moderator and attendee
passcodes to make the transition easy. Please reply to your welcome email with your request to change codes and
send a list of the existing codes.
