to provide reliable conferencing services that are free of defect and function as advertised.
I hereby certify that the above information is true and correct. I agree to pay for account usage promptly within
the terms on my invoice. If I default in meeting these conditions, I understand that my account can be placed on
a hold status, which means my company cannot use the service until payments are made to restore my account. I am
responsible for all usage of account passcodes, therefore I will attempt to prevent any unauthorized account usage.
For Customers that want their international participants to pay for their own conference call access:
Your call attendees can dial a standard U.S. toll number from any country to enter your call. Your attendee pays their own phone company the standard long distance rate to call our U.S. conference bridge number from their country. Simply send the included U.S. toll number to your call guest. The call host pays 2.4 cents per minute for this access regardless of the country location of the caller.
Upon account activation, aitelephone.com guarantees to deliver by e-mail a 100% working account to the Customer
including global access phone numbers, passcodes and user friendly guide.

When is the billing cycle?
Accounts are billed for account
usage monthly. Customers receive an invoice during the first week of the month if there was account usage. For
example, if a customer hosts a conference call this
month, it will be invoiced and billed the first week of next
month. If there was no account usage during the month, no billing will occur.
Do I have to pay anything to activate my account?
There is no cost for account
activation.
Are there any monthly fees?
No, there are no monthly
fees of any kind.
What is my account charged for?
You are billed for conference
call account usage. If you conduct a multi country conference call, then those various per line country rates apply.

When can I use my account?
Immediately upon receipt
of the account activation email. Your account can be used any time 24/7.
Can I get a summary of my calls?
After a conference call
has ended, the system automatically sends a call attendance summary to the email address on file.
Can I manage my account online?
Yes you can log in to your
account portal. From there you can download session recording MP3's, pay an invoice or modify other account preferences.

How do I cancel service?
Cancel account by sending an email
or calling customer service or simply stop using the service.
How do I get assistance during my conference
call.
Your account includes 24 hour U.S. based operator assistance. If you are on a call and need assistance,
simply enter this keypad command [ * 0 ]
to instantly receive operator assistance for any issue, at any time.
Can I receive additional passcodes for other
users?
Yes, additional set/s of passcodes
enable simultaneous use of the account by your associates, team members or departments. Complete this section above or add sub-accounts anytime through customer
service.
Can I get a copy of Invoices?
Yes, you can login to your customer
portal to view and download invoices. Customers receive a PDF monthly invoice by email detailing actual usage.
Is this a VoIP service?
No, this is a traditional PSTN
(Public Switched Telephone Network) service with high quality international lines. Your call is not transported
over the Internet. It is most suitable for businesses that require reliable voice clarity on their calls.
