  • Provision of Services: Company agrees to provide reliable conferencing services ("Services") that are free of defect and function as advertised.

  • Customer certifies that the information submitted herein is true and correct.

  • If after account activation should Customer's credit card change, Customer will notify the Company immediately to avoid any interruption in service.

  • Customer agrees to pay for account usage promptly within the terms of the invoice. If Customer defaults in meeting this condition, Customer understands that the account can be placed on a suspended status, which means Customer cannot use the service until payments are made to restore the account.

  • Customer agrees that Company will charge Customer's credit card monthly for any usage charges and provide a monthly statement to Customer.

  • Customer agrees to be responsible for all usage of account passcodes.

  • Upon account activation, guarantees to deliver by e-mail a 100% working account to the Customer.

Can I receive additional passcodes?
Yes. Additional set of codes enable simultaneous use of the account by associates, team members or departments. Complete this section above.

How do I deactivate this service?
Disable account at any time by sending an email or calling customer service. Or since there are no monthly fees or usage obligations, you can simply stop using the service.

What if I need assistance while on a call?
Your account includes 24 hour U.S. based operator assistance. If you are on a call and need assistance, simply use the key pad command [00] to immediately receive operator assistance.
