  • Customer certifies that the information submitted herein is true and correct.

  • Customer agrees to pay for account usage within the terms of the invoice. If a default should occur in meeting this condition, Customer understands that the account can be temporarily suspended until payments are made to restore the account.

  • Customer agrees to be responsible for all usage of account passcodes.

  • Upon account activation, guarantees to deliver by e-mail a 100% working account to the Customer.

Common Questions

When is my account billing cycle?
Accounts are billed for usage during the first week of the month.

For example, if you have usage this month it is billed first week of next month. If there was no account usage during the month, no billing will occur.

Are there any monthly fees?
No. This is a pay-as-you-go service. You are billed for usage only. There are no recurring fees of any kind.

When can I use my account?
Immediately upon receipt of the account activation email. Your account can be used any time 24/7.

Can I get a summary of my calls?
After a conference call has ended, the system automatically sends a call attendance summary to the email address on file.

Can I manage my account online?
Yes login to your account dashboard portal and download session recording MP3's, pay an invoice or modify other account preferences at any time.

How do I cancel the service?
You can cancel the account by sending an email or calling customer service.

What if I need assistance while my conference call is taking place?
Your account includes 24 hour U.S. based operator assistance. If you are on a call and need assistance, simply enter the key pad command [ * 0 ] to instantly receive operator assistance.

Can we receive additional passcodes?
Yes. Additional set of passcodes enable simultaneous use of the account by your associates, team members or departments. Complete this section above.

Can I get a copy of Invoices?
Yes, you can login to your customer dashboard portal to view and download invoices.

Are instructions included on how to use the optional dial-out feature and the Connect App?
Yes included in the welcome email are guides for using both of these connection options.
