    Provision of Services: Service Provider agrees to provide reliable conferencing services that are free of defect and function as advertised.

    Customer certifies that the information submitted herein is true and correct.

    Customer agrees to pay for account usage within the terms of the invoice. If a default should occur in meeting this condition, Customer understands that the account can be temporarily suspended until payments are made to restore the account.

    Customer agrees to be responsible for all usage of account passcodes.

    Customer understands that Service Provider, its officers and partners are not liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of service from force majeure, acts of god, natural disasters, communications failure, governmental actions, acts of war, riots, vandalism, or any situations beyond our reasonable control.

    Upon account activation, guarantees to deliver by e-mail a 100% working account to the Customer.

When is the billing cycle?
Accounts are billed for any usage first week of the month.

For example, if customer has usage
this month it is billed first week of next month. If there was no account usage during the month, no billing occurs.

Do I have to pay anything to activate my account?
No, account activation costs nothing.

Are there any monthly fees?
No there are no recurring fees of any kind. You are billed for usage only.

When can I use my account?
Immediately upon receipt of the account activation email. Your account can be used any time 24/7.

Can I get a summary of my calls?
After a conference call has ended, the system automatically sends a call attendance summary to the email address on file.

Can I manage my account online?
Yes you can log in to your account portal. From there you can download session recording MP3's, pay an invoice or modify other account preferences.

How do I cancel the service?
Cancel account by sending an email or calling customer service or you could simply stop using the service.

How do I get assistance during my conference call.
Your account includes 24 hour U.S. based operator assistance. If you are on a call and need assistance, simply enter this keypad command [ 0 0 ] to instantly receive operator assistance for any issue.

Can we receive additional passcodes?
Yes. Additional set of passcodes enable simultaneous use of the account by your associates, team members or departments. Complete section above or add users anytime through customer service.

Can I get a copy of Invoices?
Yes, you can login to your customer portal to view and download invoices. Customers receive a PDF monthly statement.

How to use the dial-out feature and the Connect app?
Included in your welcome email are easy user guides for both of these included connection options.
