Your private virtual phone number, in the country of your choice, will automatically redirect your callers to any
other telephone number, worldwide.
For example, if you wanted to create
a telepresence in Istanbul, Turkey you could order an Istanbul, Turkey telephone number. When your assigned Istanbul phone number is dialed, the
call will be forwarded to your 'ring to' phone number located in any country.
CallMyGlobalNumber is a call forwarding
plan that redirects your calls to
any phone number you choose. The service will redirect calls to any U.S. phone number or any telephone number in
the world.
It's as simple as choosing the location where you desire to have a private number and then designate what telephone
number should ring (the 'ring to' number) when someone calls your virtual number.
- Simultaneous Calls
- Forwarding multiple calls simultaneously is available for free. The simultaneous
call feature is available for the majority of countries where local numbers are offered. Check the 'rates and
availability' schedule.
You may enable this free feature on the 'sign up form'.
- Quality of call forwarding
- This service is based on public network infrastructure (PSTN). It is not a VoIP service.
- Calls transported over (VoIP) the Internet are subject to uncontrollable transport, bandwidth and other issues.
These call quality issues are especially apparent if the call is being forwarded internationally using VoIP.
Consequently the potential for negative call quality issues typically associated with calls over the Internet are
virtually non-existant with CallMyGlobalNumber
service.
- What are the costs ?
- Costs are determined by your choice of call forwarding city. For example, assume you want a U.S.
New York number, most New York numbers have $1.95 set up fee and have a monthly account fee of $4.95. There
is also a per minute rate that depends on what country you are forwarding your calls 'to'.
- Another example, assume you want a number in Paris France, there is an account set up fee of $3.95 and a monthly
fee of $7.95. There is also per minute rate depending on what country that you designate your Paris calls will
be forwarded to.
- Costs - Depending on your choice of city, area code or country
- 1. There is be a one time account set up fee
2. There is a monthly fee depending on your city selection
3. There is a per minute rate which depends on your 'ring to' phone location.

- Changing
your 'ring to' number:
- Once your account is activated, you can login
online and modify your call forwarding number, if desired. The change is effective in real-time and takes just
seconds to do.

- As an example you could have your calls forwarded
to a number in Japan in the morning and change the call forwarding to a number in the UK in the evening. Or change
it from your landline to your mobile phone, at any time.

- What will
my callers hear when they dial my CallMyGlobalNumber ?
- Calls are connected very quickly. The caller will hear normal call processing as with any
other call they may make.
In the rare even that you are forwarding your calls to a country that has a challenged infrastructure, or if you
are redirecting to a mobile network in a country that may have slow inbound connectivity, we do offer an optional
brief prompt that says, "please wait while your call is connected'. Again, this is a free option that
you can enable or disable within your customer management login page.

is a 'private' phone number ?
- The phone number assigned to your
account is unique and does not require your callers to enter an extension
number. It is your dedicated and private phone number for your use and distribution.

- Is voice
mail included ?
- CallMyGlobalNumber does not currently
include voice mail, but the service will forward calls to your existing voice mail enabled landline or cell phone.
If you need voice mail, it would need to be at the 'ring to' number location.

service - A double duty plan
- It can be an advanced usage
strategy for cheap international calls.
- Some of our customers use this service
not only as a call forwarding facility but also as a means to make cheap international calls.
- For example, if you were a customer
located in Paris, France and had your assigned France local number, you could login to your account via the Web
and change the 'ring to' number to any number in the world that you wanted to call.
- After you made the change to your
'ring to' number, you would then dial your assigned local Paris number and your international call would connect
at low rates to any number in the world. Changes you make to the 'ring to' number are in effect
immediately.
- After you made your call, simply change the 'ring
to' number back to normal.

- 1. Login to your account online. We send the login link on account
activation.
- 2. Change the existing 'ring to' number to the number you wish to call.
- 3. Dial your assigned CallMyGlobalNumber to make cheap international calls
