Do I need any special equipment to use this service?


A


You don't need any special equipment or software. Your account uses the specialized platform from which this system operates so you need not buy anything to use this service.

You simply access the system by phone dialing your assigned toll free number or use your account portal.

When a call is received by your number, our system answers the call and plays your personal greeting. Based on your personal configurations callers will be prompted accordingly as to how to move through the system.

Enabling Call Forwarding on a Main Greeting or Virtual PBX Extension will allow prospects to connect directly to you at any phone/location according to your schedule and settings.

If callers elect to leave you a voicemail or fax, we store the message in your secure Inbox and you can retrieve the messages via e-mail, phone or online at your convenience.

Enabling Message Notification will inform you when you receive new voicemail messages or faxes by phone, pager, SMS and/or email.

Do I need to set up a special phone line in my office or home?


A


Your service is hosted on our network and works for you 24/7
without the installation of additional lines or disruption to your
existing phone service.

When a call is received by your number, our system accepts the call and plays your personal greeting.

If you have configured mailbox extensions, your callers can access them from your main greeting.

Once your greeting has played, the system will prompt your caller to leave a voicemail message.

Do you provide me with a 'toll free' number for my account, or do I have to pay separately for it ?

It's 'included' in your subscription. It's a private number assigned to your account.

How do callers connect directly to me?


A


Enabling the ConnectLive feature will allow callers or prospects to connect directly to you by pressing '0' at any time during your greeting.

If callers elect to leave a voicemail message or send a fax, we store the message in your secure Inbox and you can retrieve the messages via phone or online at your convenience. Either retrieval method is cost free.

Enabling Message Notification will inform you when you receive new voicemail messages or faxes.

How many callers can dial my number at the same time?


A


There is virtually
no limit to the amount of calls the system can
accept at any given time.

Our extensive network and call capabilities ensure that your prospects and associates will always be able to reach you.

If you need to quantify this, imagine 1000 callers dialing your number at the exact same instant............there will be
no busy signals heard by any of the callers.

Q

How do I play my messages?


A


To access your messages, dial your assigned toll free or local number and press [*] when your greeting begins to play.

You will be prompted by the system to enter your 4- 6 digit passcode you create when you sign up. Then simply follow the easy instructions to play your messages.

You can also manage your messages
online by accessing your Unlimited Voicemail Plan account with your number and passcode. Either method of retrieval is cost free.

Faxes are viewable and printable online as well so if you currently pay for a service to send faxes to your email, you can delete that service.

The system automatically recognizes a fax signal and accepts the fax, convert it to a "tif" format and sends it to your inbox.

I want to record or change my greeting on my voicemail. How do I do this?


A


The Voicemail Plan provides flexible greeting options.

By accessing your greeting menu, you can record new greetings, download pre-recorded professional greetings, link your greeting to another Voicemail Plan user, or setup an
introductory, closing greeting.

How many personal greetings can I store in my voicemail?


A


When you re-record a personal greeting, the system will ask you
if you want to archive your old greeting.

The system will allow you to use your new greeting, or switch back to your previous greeting at any time.

What are professionally recorded greetings?


A


Some customers choose to have their outbound greetings or hotline presentations recorded professionally depending on how polished or sophisticated they want to sound to their callers.

Most users simply record their own messages by phone successfully.

Many parent companies have established professional, pre-recorded greetings for use by their distributors and employees. These greetings assist you in presenting the company by using a proven message that is professionally recorded.

Of course, at any time you could choose to have your greetings and messages professionally recorded.

Can I download a greeting that someone else is using?


A


Yes, you can link your greeting with another Voicemail Plan user. This option is very popular for customers that are affiliated with the same company.

To link your greeting, you can access the greeting menu or call a Customer Care Associate for assistance.

You will need to know the Voicemail Plan number of the person you want to link with.

How long can outgoing messages be?


A


Your outgoing message can be up to 30 minutes in length on 'each' of your extensions.

How long of a message can a caller leave?


A


Your account will accept a callers message up to 3 minutes in length.

How many messages can be stored in my voicemail box, and for how long?


A


You can have 5000 messages stored in your
voicemail box. 30 days from the date that a voicemail message has been deposited in your Inbox until that message is deleted on a first in first out basis.

Can I use my Voicemail Plan number to call someone?


A


The Voicemail Plan has a calling card feature which enables you to make calls anywhere in North America.

To access this feature, press 3 in the Main Menu and enter the number you want to call.

What happens if someone faxes a document to my
Voicemail Plan number?


A


When someone faxes to your Voicemail Plan number, the system recognizes the fax tone, receives the fax, and stores it in your Inbox.

You can then have it delivered to your fax machine or view or download the fax in your
inbox online.

Q

Is there a way to set up the Voicemail Plan to automatically rotate and distribute callers (sales leads) evenly to several phone numbers or locations?


A


Yes. For example, a sales company may want to have calls rotate evenly to many agents. A rotational number or "Co Op" could be used when a group of people wish to share advertising costs and receive there equal share of leads or calls.

Let's assume four people place an advertisement for $400.00 all paying $100.00.

The assigned phone number would be published on the advertisement and all four people's Voicemail Plan numbers would be uploaded onto the Rotational Number system.

The feature rotates the calls that are received so each person gets an equal share.

A Rotational Number is $9.95 per month additional and only one person in the group needs to have it but all the numbers that will be rotated to, must be Voicemail Plan numbers.

The system has many features that you can choose to use at any time and they are included in your monthly rate from $8.99.

You may enable and utilize as many features as you require.

I have a VOIP phone line, is the Voicemail Plan compatible with VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol)?


A


Yes. The Voicemail Plan works with VOIP in the same manner as a traditional phone line or cell phone. It sees a VOIP number as just another phone number.

In fact the Voicemail Plan can actually enhance the value of having a VOIP line.

Currently most VOIP service providers are unable to handle and deliver Fax transmissions. Those that do handle fax transmissions, do so intermittently.

The Voicemail Plan Virtual Fax Feature can handle all of your incoming Fax needs eliminating this drawback of a VOIP phone line.

Calls to your Toll-Free number can be made from the United States, US Territories and Canada.

Yes. Unlimited Voicemail Plan will enable you to have a phone number presence in the United States and Canada.

Since the Voicemail Plan allows you to access messages online, will not need to incur long distance charges to access your system for message retrieval from another country using web access.
