- Toll Free Bucket of Minutes - How it Works
- A variety of plan sizes are available to fit your
normal monthly conference calling requirements.
Basically, you choose a bucket of minutes plan that fits your typical monthly conferencing usage pattern.
Each toll free bucket plan has a corresponding monthly flat fee. See plans sizes here.
Additional minutes used beyond your chosen monthly plan size are billed at 7.9¢ until the new month begins.
Then your chosen plan minutes begin again for the new month.
There is no contract, it's month to month. Cancel at any time. Or, if your needs change, move to a different plan
at any time.
- Customer Suitability
- This plan works well for customers that can determine
what their 'monthly' usage is for audio conferencing. In other words, how many total conferencing minutes per month
are you currently using ?
Reviewing past conference call invoices from your existing conferencing service will assist you in determining
your typical monthly usage.
Or, multiply your usual number of participants (A), by the typical length of your conference calls in minutes (B),
by how many conference calls per month you make (C).
Calculate: (A x B x C) = your total monthly minutes
