How does Prepaid
CALLback work ?
AN EXAMPLE:
Let's assume you are located in Germany and you want to call Japan:
(or call FROM any country, TO any country)

Dial a special U.S. telephone number (your
assigned U.S. access number)
and hang up
after you hear the first ring. There is
no local charge to you for this
part of the call because the call is incomplete .

Our computer detects this "trigger"
call and within seconds delivers a U.S.
telephone connection (dial tone) to your pre-designated callback number.
Now enter the number in Japan you wish to call. Your call is processed immediately.
You prepaid account is debited using CALLback rates instead of high local rates.
You can make calls using this strategy from any country........to any country.

do you get this service ?
Simply complete the sign up form . You will receive an email confirmation which
will include specific instructions on how to send funds based on your choice of
prepayment methods, i.e. Western Union, MoneyGram, bank wire, etc.

Can I use Prepaid
CALLback from an international pay-phone ?
If the pay-phone has an incoming phone number which can be pre-programmed
to your callback account, it may be used, however, most international pay-phones will
not work with a callback service. Your best choice is a residential or business phone.

No, the service only works from touch-tone phones.

hidden fees ?
No, there are no extra sign-up fees, service charges or per usage bong fees or
any other hidden fees. Your account is debited for actual per minute usage only.

You have the option to hear a voice prompt every time you make a call that tells

No, customers are not charged for calls that are unanswered or are incomplete.

plastic calling card for my account ?
No, you will receive a welcome letter by email with the access number/s,
security pin number and instructions on how to use your new
Prepaid CALLback account.

What is the
recharge policy ?
Your account is disposable. It will decline to zero and then stop working.
You may choose to recharge your account by sending additional funds or
simply use all of the remaining balance.

to trigger a callback call from the Internet ?
Yes, simply click on our trigger web page and you may enter your US
access number and the destination number you wish to call, your callback
request will be processed immediately using the web trigger feature.
