You can trigger a callback using any web enabled
computer or device worldwide and of course, by telephone.
Exact instructions on how to
trigger a callback using email will be sent to you when your callback account is activated.
You can not only trigger a callback to get the
U.S. dial tone, you now have the option to enter the number you wish to call. This would allow you to set up the
entire call using Email. This will result in not having to enter any digits by telephone keypad. The entire call
is automatically processed by our callback computer.
How to use Email to trigger
a Call Back
1.Basic Callback trigger through Email.
Send an e-mail to a special email address sent to you upon account activation; Enter the last 7 digits of your
access number into the Subject field.
For example
If your assigned Access Number is 1 310 845 5520
then you will need to insert 8455520 in the Subject field. Once the e-mail has been sent, our system will send
the callback to your registered callback number and will prompt you to enter the number you are calling.
2. Callback trigger through email with "destination" number.
You have the option to include the destination
number when sending the email to our system ; Enter the last 7 digits of your access number right into the Subject
field followed by a Number Sign "# " and the destination number.
For example
If your Access Number is 1 310 845 5520 and your
destination number is 0113315555555 then you will need to insert: 8455520#0113315555555 in the Subject line.
Once the e-mail has been sent, our system will call you back and you will hear “Please wait while we dial your
phone number”.
