If you wish to prepay for your callback account,
you can do so with a variety of prepayments options.
We accept the following methods of prepayment:
1. Western Union QuickPay or non-QuickPay
2. Bank Wire Transfer
3. MoneyGram
4. International Money Order
5. U.S. Bank Check
All of the operational details of the service are the same as our postpaid callback service including the rates
to make international calls. If
you have a credit card, you should be viewing the postpaid callback plan.
The most obvious difference is prepayment. In addition, with the prepaid callback platform, you have the option
to hear the minutes remaining in your account at the beginning of each call. Only you will be able to hear this
voice prompt message. All per minute usage is debited from your prepayment deposit. You can login and view your
call details at any time.

Payment Options for Prepaid CALLback
The easiest method to pay for your
CALLback usage is by credit card. If you do not have a credit card, you can "prepay" your CALLback account via
Western Union or send funds by bank wire transfer.
If you choose one of these options, the "first" step
is to complete the online Prepaid CALLback sign up form
.
For prepayment by US Bank Check:
Your check must be no less than USD $150.00 and drawn on a US bank. We will charge USD $15 transaction fee for
smaller checks and cannot accept checks drawn on foreign banks (non US bank).
In case of prepayment, there is a minimum of USD $40 per new callback number opened. This does not apply to accounts set up with a credit card (postpaid accounts).
- If a callback number is activated for less than USD $40, there will be a charge of USD $2.50 for this transaction.
- If a CALLback number is recharged for less than USD $40, there will be a USD $1.00 charge for this transaction.
OPTION 1:
For Western Union
Quick Pay (Blue form):
We offer a "Quick Pay" account for transfers via Western Union; this account gives you preferential and
lower rates with Western Union. Visit your local Western Union agent and ask for the blue Quick Pay form. Complete
all the information.
IMPORTANT: Minimum amount
of payment for each WESTERN UNION Quickpay transfer is USD $50.

OPTION 2:
For Western Union
(non Quickpay) or MoneyGram:
Minimum amount of payment for each WESTERN UNION ( non Quick Pay) or MoneyGram transfer is USD $100.
In case of prepayment, we have established a minimum of USD $40 per new CALLback number opened (Accounts set up
with automatic debit of credit cards are not subject to this rule)
- If a callback number is activated for less than USD $40, there will be a charge of USD $2.50 for this transaction.
- If a CALLback number is recharged for less than USD $40, there will be a USD $1.00 charge for this transaction.
For Wire Transfers:
Wire transfers must be no less than USD $500 or we will charge your account a transaction fee of USD $20 for every
wire inferior to $500.
We recommend that prepayment be equal to twice your estimated monthly usage.

Activation of Accounts:
After your order data is
received, you will receive a confirmation by email. This email will include specific instructions on how to send
funds by Western Union or bank wire transfer depending on your payment choice.
Please do not
send funds until AFTER you complete
the
sign up form and receive the emailed order confirmation.
