How to Place a Call
to India
After your account is activated (use your
account instantly after sign up) simply do the following:
1. Dial 1-800-999-5090 or a local access number in your area.
2. Enter the number you wish to call. Your call is now processed immediately.
- India Country Code is 91
- To call a phone number in India, you need to
dial:
011 + 91 + City Code + Local Number.
Save 1¢ per minute by using the local access number. If a local access number is not available, simply
use the toll free access number: 1-800-999-5090.

3. Dial 4 Digit PIN Number followed by the phone number you wish to call

Assign 2 digit codes to your most often dialed telephone numbers, international or domestic. After you dial into
the system, enter one of your speed dial codes and the call will be connected immediately.

To redial a number without hanging up : Dial [* #]
If your call does not go through the first time. Do not hang up. Dial [# #] to disconnect the previous call, and
Dial [* #] to redial the same number to attempt the call again.

circuits on demand. Why is [# #] and [* #] so important?
- Ever have difficulty getting
a good connection on calls to some countries?
- Now you can 'connect' to international calls that
may have been difficult to reach with a standard prepaid phone card.
This feature permits you, the customer, to change the international circuit, on a call-by-call basis. You will
most likely not need this feature, but if necessary, it can allow you to fix a connection issue quickly, yourself.
If your call does not go through the first time or if for any reason you want a better connection, press [# #]
to terminate the call and then [* #] to automatically redial the same phone number using a different circuit, at
no additional cost.

- Every time you place a call, you will hear your
account balance.
If you run out of minutes, our system can automatically recharge your account to the initial sign up amount. So,
you will never be cut off in the middle of a conversation.
