Attendees can join your
call by using a toll-free number to connect with your meeting at no cost to them.
As an option, the chairperson can use the dial-out feature (keypad command) to add a guest to the call.
The dial-out call is connected through your conferencing account enabling adding a participant in any country to
the call without using the operator.
Your guest simply waits for the dial-out call to ring his/her phone and is immediately placed into the call upon
attendees to your call
The complete list of international toll free access numbers is sent to you upon account activation.
To attend your meeting, the attendees
dial the toll free access number that corresponds to their country location.
Send an email to the participant
with their country access number and passcode.
After they dial-in, a prompt will
ask for their passcode.
Once the passcode is entered,
the attendee is instantly joined into the call and can immediately speak and be heard.
Optionally, send invitations
using the included Outlook plug-in or by email.
Recording your conference calls
If you wish to record your conference
calls, you are provided with free MP3 session recordings. A link to the MP3 recording is included in the attendance
report emailed to the moderator after each conference call.

A mix of access methods to accommodate
different participant situations
Most attendees will find it
very convenient to use a Toll Free dial-in number and others may not have a dial-in access number. The Leader of
the call can use the dial-out feature to add an attendee in to the call at any time. The Leader can manually dial-out using a simple keypad command as shown below.
Optionally, the 24/7 operator can perform the dial-out for the account owner.

to use Skype can access your conference call. Using Skype may not be a free call for your participant depending
on their Skype plan.
After each conference
call, the moderator receives a system email automatically. This attendance report summarizes the conference call
that took place including date, time, duration, caller ID, etc. If the call was recorded, a link to the MP3 file
is included for immediate download.
