When can I use my account?
Your account can be used immediately upon account activation.
You will receive an activation email with all global access numbers, passcodes and easy user guide.

Are there minimum usage requirements to keep my account active?
There are no minimum usage commitments of any kind. Your account remains active and waits for you to use it.

Can I get an attendance summary after my call?
After a conference call has ended, the system automatically sends an attendance report and call summary to the email address on file.

Can I manage my account online?
Yes. You will receive a login link to your account. You can download session recording MP3's, modify account preferences online.

Other departments in my company need to use this account. Can I receive additional passcodes?
Yes. Add their information above.

What if I need assistance during a conference call?
Your account includes 24 hour U.S. based operator assistance should you need it. The chairperson simply uses the keypad command [
* 0 ] to immediately summon an operator to help with any issue.

How do I cancel this service?
Should you wish to disable your account at any time send an email or call customer service. Or discontinue using the service. There are no monthly account fees.

When is my account billed?
Billing for account usage occurs the first week of the month
for the previous month usage. If there was no usage, there will be no billing. Customer receives a PDF call detail statement by email. This is optional.

Terms and Conditions

  • Provision of Services: Service Provider agrees to provide reliable conferencing services that are free of defect and function as advertised.

  • Customer certifies that the information submitted herein is true and correct.

  • Customer agrees to pay for account usage within the terms of the invoice. If a default should occur in meeting this condition, Customer understands that the account can be temporarily suspended until payments are made to restore the account.

  • Customer agrees to be responsible for all usage of account passcodes.

  • Customer understands that Service Provider, its officers and partners are not liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of service from force majeure, acts of god, natural disasters, communications failure, governmental actions, acts of war, riots, vandalism, or any situations beyond our reasonable control.

  • Upon account activation, guarantees to deliver by e-mail a 100% working account to the Customer.
