- Q. Is there a contract
with a long term commitment?
A. This plan is month-to-month.
There is no commitment beyond a month. Cancel at any time.
- Q. If I want to change
the size of my plan, how do I do it?
A. Simply call 'customer
service' and request a different plan size.
- Q. I have callers
located in Canada, can they dial-in using the U.S. toll free access number free of charge?
A. If you choose the
'Canada' version of the Bucket Plan, the assigned Canada toll free number is accessible throughout Canada and is
a free call for Canadian conference call participants.
Q. Is the Live Conference
Viewer really included free with this plan?
A.Yes,
the Live Conference Viewer is free with the Toll Free Bucket plan and the Unlimited Flat Rate Plan.
Q. Must I use the Live
Conference Viewer on each conference call or is it optional?
A. It's included free
but you can choose not to use it. As the moderator, you can use the Live Conference Viewer anytime you have web
access. If it's convenient for you to use it, you'll gain the additional control it provides during your conference
call.
- Q. Do I need to schedule
a conference with an operator?
A. This service is 'reservation-less'
so it is not necessary to schedule
a call. You simply make conference calls whenever you wish. Just notify your participants, dial-in toll free and
enjoy your account.
Q. It appears
that the 'bucket of minutes' plan works much like my cell phone plan. I sign up for my choice of monthly minutes
for a flat fee. If I go over my plan minutes, I am charged a per minute rate for the overage minutes until the
new month begins. Then my toll free bucket plan starts all over again. Is that correct ?
A. Yes, minutes used
beyond your plan minutes are billed at 7.9¢ per minute until the new month starts. Then your chosen bucket
size begins again.
Q. Can I increase
the size of my plan?
A.Yes,
you can increase the size of your plan by notifying customer server at any time.
Q. Do my monthly
plan minutes roll over to the next month?
A. No, however if you
are using less than your chosen plan minutes, you can always change to a smaller plan.
Q. Can I pay by
check?
A. Flat rate plans are
'prepaid' one month in advance to a credit card.
Q. Will this 800
line be available to my company 24 hours a day ?
A. Absolutely, yes 24/7/365.
Q. If we go over
our minutes, what is the charge per minute for any overage during the month?
A. If your usage goes over the plan size you
are on, the additional minutes are billed at 7.9¢.
Q. Is there a way to
view our current account usage online?
A. We provide you with a special email address
so anytime you wish to get a snapshot
of your usage, simply send an email for your current Toll Free usage minutes.
Q. What will my conference
call participants hear when they dial-in to my conference call?
A. They will hear a voice prompt that says,
"Welcome to the conferencing center, please enter your passcode followed by the [ # ] key.
Q. Since I am the moderator,
what happens if my conferees dial-in to the conference call before I do?
A. They will hear music until the moderator
enters the call. The music is an option that can be disabled if you wish.
Q. Can beep tones be
turned off or on for entry and exit?
A. Entry and exit beep tones are an optional
feature. The feature can be modified for beep on entry only or beep on entry and exit or no beep tones at all.
Q. Is there a way to
mute all of the lines so I, the leader, can speak without interruption?
A. Yes, simply press [ * 5 ] on you phone keypad.
That command will mute all lines except yours. It's also a useful feature if one of your participants has noise
on their line but that noise cannot be identified as coming from a particular conferee.
Q. What happens if one
of my participants knows he/she has a noisy line or has noise present in their phoning area?
A. That participant can press [ * 6 ] on his/her
phone keypad. That keypad command will mute the phone line immediately. Then unmute by pressing [ * 6 ] again when
desired.
Q. What if one of my
participants knows he/she has a noisy line or has noise present in their phoning area?
A. That participant can press [ * 6 ] on their
phone keypad. This keypad command will mute that participants phone immediately. Then they can unmute anytime by
pressing [ * 6 ] again.
Q. Can I get a demo of
this service? Can me and my associates meet you on the conferencing bridge and actually hear the line and network
quality to discuss our requirements with you?
