Do I need to make a reservation to use this service ?
One of the nice features about service is the convenience. It's 'reservation-less'. Once your account is activated, you simply dial the toll free access number, enter the PIN code and join with your participants. It's automated, no reservations or operators are necessary.

However, if at anytime you 'need' an operator while on a conference call, just press [* 0] on your telephone keypad and an operator will come on line to assist you. This is available 24 hours a day.

How can I be billed ?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also request 30 day billing.
Do you offer international toll free access numbers for our conferees located in other countries
Yes, we offer country specific toll free access numbers FROM 63 countries.
What is the per minute rate for U.S. participants ?
The per minute rate is $0.069 (6.9¢)
How do I know that the line quality of your service will be good ?
We have always used state-of-the-art conferencing bridges. We utilize AT&T digital lines, Sprint and Global Crossing ITFS for international toll free access routes. You can be assured that our conferencing platforms work very well. We guarantee you will like our service.
What can I do if some of my conferees have background noise on their end of the call ?
If you have participants that are accessing your conference call from a telephone that has some form of background noise, you can either 'mute' all lines except your own moderator line by pressing [* 5] or ask the offending conferee to mute his/her line. They would enter [* 6] to mute their individual phone line. When they wish to speak, they will again press [* 6]. Or, you can dial [* 0] and ask our operator to attempt to find the noisy participant line.
Is there a term commitment for the account, can I cancel at any time ?
You can cancel at any time. Or simply keep the account in case you need it in the future. No account usage means no charges.
Is your system "full duplex" ?
Yes absolutely, our platform allows you the ability to speak simultaneously with another caller without any clipping or degradation of the sound.
As the moderator, can I mute all of the conferees lines ?
Yes, enter [* 5] as the moderator and all conferees lines will be muted, this is then called "lecture" mode.
Can the conferees mute their own lines ?
Yes, the participants can enter [* 6] to mute their phone and just listen.
How can I know who has entered the conference ?
You can request that we enable the 'name announce' feature. The conferee will be prompted to say their name upon login. Or you can hear a private roster.
How long does it take to get my account activated ?
Depending on order flow, you can expect your account to be activated from 20 minutes to 2 hours from the time your order is received. You will receive an activation email which will include complete user instructions and international toll free access numbers, if requested on the sign up form.
If I have participants in other countries, who pays for the international toll free access calls ?
You provide our country specific toll free numbers to your conference call participants. You, the account owner, pay for all access number usage for all participants based on the rates provided.
If I record a conference call, how do I request the audio file ?
The audio file (actually MP3 format) is FREE to you. A link to the free MP3 file is included within the attendance report emailed to you after each conference call. This assumes the record feature was invoked [ * 2 ] by the leader during the call.
Are the international toll free access numbers available with the 'flat rate' plans ?
They are available only with the 'Pay As You Go' Plan.
