How do I sign up ?

How can I be billed ?

Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. You can also request 30 day billing for your company, see sign up form for conditions.
 
Do the attendees pay when they dial-in to my conference call?

Since you will send your attendees a Toll Free access number, they will not pay long distance fees. Any minutes used will be billed to your account.

Do you offer international toll free access numbers for our conferees located in other countries

Yes we offer country specific toll free access numbers in 60 countries. A list of all global toll free numbers is sent to you upon account activation as an email attachment.
 
What are the hours for your customer service ?

Customer service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The toll free customer service number is emailed to you with your new account activation email. In addition, if you need assistance 'during' a conference call, the moderator can enter star zero [ * 0 ] on his/her phone keypad and an operator will come on the line immediately to assist.
 
What is the Toll Free per minute rate for U.S. participants ?

The U.S. per minute rate per participant is 6.9¢ Toll Free.
 
How many participants can be on one call ?

You can host a conference call with up to 99 participants. For larger conference calls, please inquire.
 
What can be done if an antendee is in a noisy area ?

If you a participant that is accessing your conference call from a telephone that has some form of background noise, you can either 'mute' all lines except your own moderator line by pressing [ * 5 ] or ask the offending conferee to mute his/her line. They would simply enter [ * 6 ] on their phone to mute their individual phone line. When they wish to speak, they will press [ * 6 ] again. Or, you can dial [ * 0 ] to reach operator assistance and ask the operator to attempt to find the noisy participant line.
 
Is there a term contract or usage commitment for the account, can I cancel at any time ?

You can cancel at any time. Or simply keep the account in case you need it in the future. There are no monthly account fees or minimums, so no usage means no charges.
 
Is your system "full duplex" ?

Yes absolutely, our platform allows you the ability to speak simultaneously with another caller without any clipping or degradation of the sound.
 
As the moderator, can I mute all of the lines except mine ?

Yes, enter [ * 5 ] and all of the other conferees lines will be muted, this is then called "lecture" mode. Only the leader/moderator can be heard.
 
Can the conferees mute their own lines ?

Yes, a participant can enter [ * 6 ] to mute their own phone and just listen.
 
How can I know who has entered the conference ?

You can request that we enable the 'name announce' feature. The conferee will be prompted to say their name upon login. Or you can hear a private roster.
 
How long does it take to get my conference call account activated ?

You can expect your account to be activated from 10 minutes to 1 hour from the time your order is received depending on order flow at the time. You will receive an activation email which will include complete user instructions and international toll free access numbers, if requested, on the sign up form.
 
If the conference call participants are located other countries, who pays for the international toll free access calls ?

You, the account owner, pay for toll free access number usage or optional dial-out usage.
 
Are the international toll free access numbers available with the 'unlimited flat rate' plan ?

International Toll Free access is only available with the
International Conference Call Plan.

Do I need to call and reserve time to host a conference call ?

No reservation is necessary. This service is 'reservation-less'. Once your account is activated, you simply notify your attendees what time and what date to dial-in and their Toll Free access number and the participant code. No operator scheduling is necessary.

If at any time you 'need' an operator while on a conference call, just press star zero [ * 0 ] on your leader telephone keypad and an operator will come on line immediately to assist you.

Operator assistance is available 24 hours a day.
