- How do I request service?

Do my attendees pay when they dial-in to
my conference call?
Since attendees dial a
Toll-Free access number from their country, they will join your call at no cost to them. The billing for their
toll-free attendance is billed to your account.
- Do you offer toll-free access
numbers for our guests located in other countries?
Yes, we offer country specific
toll-free and local access numbers in 100+ countries. A list of all global toll-free numbers is sent to you upon
account activation.
- Why do you provide toll-free numbers
that work from many countries? Can't my overseas participants simply dial the U.S. toll-free number that you supply?
People located outside
of the U.S. cannot typically dial a U.S. toll-free number. They will need to dial-in using the toll-free number
corresponding to their country location. You will receive the list with your account activation email.
If I host
a conference call and the participants are located in Luxembourg and in the U.S., do I pay the Luxembourg rate
of 8 cents per minute for the entire conference call?
No, you would pay 9 cents
per minute for the Luxembourg attendee and 2.5 cents per minute for the U.S. conferee. Each country has it's own
per minute rate.
What time
of day can I reach customer service?
Customer service is available
for activated accounts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The toll-free customer service number is emailed to you
with your new account activation email.
In addition, if you need assistance during a conference call, the chairperson can enter star-zero
[ * 0 ] on his/her phone keypad to reach an operator immediately,
24 hours a day.
- How many participants can be on
one call?
You can host a conference
call with up to 150 participants. For larger conference calls, please inquire.
How is my account charged?
Visa, MasterCard and American
Express are accepted. You can also request open account billing for your company, see sign up form for conditions.
How can
I see the call details after I host a conference call?
Customers receive a 'call
summary' including length of call, caller ID of attendee, date, time, and a link to the free mp3 if the call was
recorded, etc. The attendance report is emailed after each conference call.
In addition, customers receive a monthly account statement that includes all call details that occurred during
the previous billing cycle, if there was usage.
What can
be done if a participant is in a noisy area or if there is background noise close their phone?
If you have a participant
that is accessing your conference call from a telephone that has some form of background noise, you can either
'mute' all lines except your own moderator line by pressing [ * 5 ] or ask the attendee to mute his/her line. They
would simply enter [ *
6 ] on their phone to mute their individual
phone line. They can still hear the call. When they wish to speak, they will press [ * 6
] again.
Is there a term contract or
usage requirement for the account, can I cancel at any time?
There is no term contract,
you can cancel or not use the service. Or simply keep the account in case you need it in the future. There is no
monthly cost to keep open account between conferences.
There are no monthly account fees or usage minimums. If the account has no usage there are no charges of any kind.
Is your system 'full duplex'?
Yes absolutely, our international
platform enables speaking simultaneously with another caller without any clipping or degradation of line quality,
just as you've come to expect from any high quality phone conversation.
As the moderator, can I mute
all of the lines except my Leader line?
Yes, enter [ * 5 ] and
all of the other participant lines will be muted. Only the host can be heard. To unmute all lines enter [ * 5 ]
again.
Can the conferees mute their
own lines?
Yes, a participant can
enter [ * 6 ] to mute their own phone and just listen.
How can I know who has entered
the conference?
You can request to enable
the 'name announce' feature. The conferee will be prompted to say their name upon login. Or you can hear a private
roster.
Can we add more than one conference
room for additional departments or teams that need to use the service?
Yes, you can easily add as many conference
rooms or sets of passcodes as you may require for any conference group, team or associates that need to use the
service.
Conference passcodes can be tracked in any manner you require, name, number or any desired combination for usage
tracking and cost accounting purposes.
I do not see the country where
my attendee is located on your toll-free country list. Are there other toll-free country numbers available?
Yes, we do have a larger global access
number plan with more toll-free countries available. Click here to view the Expanded Plan.
