- Increasing Audio Conference

Here are some strategies to inspire better participation.
- Invite a special guest or high-ranking
member of your
organization to the meeting
- Ask your guest to say a few words or field a few
questions
as the opener to your meeting, before you get down to regular business. This strategy will provide a bonus to the
audio conference for all attendies.
Make sure to tell all your conferees about this special
opportunity to speak with this guest. They won't want to
miss out.
- Perform a Roll Call
- People are less likely to skip out on you if they
know it will be OBVIOUS to everyone else that they are absent.
If a roll call is part of every meeting, your guest will know that
they will be missed.
The roll call feature is included in all plans and can be enabled or disabled.
- Conference Call Pre-Notification
- Remind your callers about the upcoming audio conference
call to which they have already been invited.
This can be done by one of your people or a personal phone
call or email.
