Once you have decided you want a call forwarding number, the next step is to select a city or country where you
want that call forwarding number to be located.

- A 'call forwarding' number
is defined as:
The phone number you want to own which will deliver calls to your 'ring to' number. Your 'ring to' number can be
your landline or your mobile numbe
- A 'ring to' number is defined
as:
- The phone number you want your calls
delivered to by your call forwarding number. For example, if you have a phone number in New York and you want a
Los Angeles number that will forward calls from Los Angeles to New York, the Los Angeles number would be your 'call
forwarding' number and your New York number is your 'ring to' number.
- Another example:
You have a Paris France phone number and you have callers located in Hong Kong. You would order a Hong Kong 'call
forwarding' number to deliver calls to your 'ring to' number in Paris.
- Forms of Payment:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Diners, JCB. Once an order is received it is processed immediately. Account activation time can be from
30 minutes to 2 hours, weekdays.
- Number Availability:
- 99.9 percent of the cities and area
codes listed on the sign up form are in inventory and delivered to our customers very quickly. Occasionally a requested
city or area code may be on back order, resulting in a delay in activation. However, if a number is back ordered,
you would receive an email to this effect with an option to continue with your original selection or perhaps choose
another number or postpone the order. In any case, you will receive an email confirmation with activation status.
- Processing Time:
- Orders received over a weekend will
be activated early the next business day. Most orders are activated within 90 minutes of order confirmation.
