You can create any 'special' codes you require to ID a conference room. This is especially useful if you need to track costs pertaining to certain clients, cases, or for any other cost accounting purposes. Below is a sample list of your conference room code/s (you can add additional sets of passcodes for other groups or teams within your enterprise). Upon login to your account, you may click on button to edit the information for that conference room. You have the option to click on the to deactvate that specific set of passcodes from your account.
